Thank you for shopping with Cozyvella. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days before dispatch.

Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time and is not included in the transit estimate below.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships, if the shipping method supports it.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently offer Standard Shipping only. Express Shipping is not available.

After dispatch, Standard Shipping typically takes 14–20 calendar days. This transit estimate does not include the 3–5 business days of order processing before dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and are not a promise of delivery within 14–20 days of placing an order.

Carrier delays, weather, holidays and other events outside our control may affect delivery. Contact us if you need help with a delayed shipment.

Shipping costs

Cozyvella offers free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum purchase requirement.

Order Tracking

Customers receive tracking information after their orders have been dispatched. We will email you a shipment confirmation with tracking information so that you can follow the shipment using the carrier's tracking link. Tracking information may take time to update after you receive it.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer shipping to destinations outside the United States.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. After dispatch, standard cancellation is no longer available. You may refuse delivery or accept the package and request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Please contact us if you refuse delivery. Any applicable refund will be reviewed after the returned package is received and assessed under that policy.

Free outbound Standard Shipping does not change our return rules. The customer-paid flat return shipping fee remains $8.00 as stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
